Corn Bread
Taco Bread
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
1 can whole kernel corn
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions |

Brown meat and drain. Stir in taco seasoning, water, corn, green pepper
and tomato sauce. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. In separate bowl,
prepare cornbread mix according to package instruction. To cornbread,
add 1/2 can onions. Spoon mixture around outer edge of casserole. Bake,
uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Top cornbread with cheese and rest of onions. Bake another 2 to 3
minutes and serve.
