Boursin Spread for French or Italian Bread

1 stick of margarine
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon of oregano

Soften the margarine and cream cheese. With electric mixer, mix all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese. Beat until well blended. Slice French or Italian loaf lengthwise. Spread the mixture on cut side of each half loaf. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400ºF.   for 12 minutes. Cut in 1 1/2"slices. Goes great with pasta dishes!
