| | Better Than Maries" Cornbread
2 cups of Buttermilk Baking Mix 1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal 3/4 cup of sugar 2 Eggs 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of margarine; melted
Combine baking mix, cornmeal and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs and milk. Beat until well blended. Carefully stir in melted margarine (it may splatter). Pour into greased 9 in. square pan.
