2 1/2 pounds of stew meat (chuck)
1/2 cup of Hunts tomato sauce
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of Minute tapioca
4 stalks celery
1 cup of water
Do not brown meat. Mix liquid, salt, sugar and tapioca together. Pour
over meat and vegetables. It is not necessary to preheat liquids, but be
sure to dissolve tapioca thoroughly. Bake covered at 250ºF. for 5 hours.
Uncover near the end of cooking time, if not brown.
