2 medium cucumbers w/skin ;half, seeded and cut in 1/2" slices
1/4 red Spanish onion; 1/2" dice
1 large ripe tomato; dice
1 teaspoon of dry dill weed
1/2 teaspoon of dry parsley; minced
1/4 cup of Olive oil
