Turkey Meatballs

 

Turkey Meatballs

1 pound of ground turkey
1/4 cup of oat bran cereal
One 14 ounce bottle of ketchup
1 cup of grape jelly
3 to 4 tablespoons of lemon juice  

 

In a bowl, combine the turkey and cereal, mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. In a Dutch oven, combine the ketchup, jelly and lemon juice, bring to a boil. Add meatballs. Reduce the heat, simmer, uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink, stirring several times. Makes 4 1/2 dozen
