| Double Shrimp Mold 1 can of cream of shrimp soup 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin Two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 1/2 tablespoons of green onion, chopped 3/4 cup of celery, finely chopped Two 6 ounce cans of small deveined shrimp A dash of salt and pepper, to taste

Heat the undiluted soup to boiling point. Add gelatin to 1/2 cup of cold water. Add to soup, mix well. Add cream cheese, blend well. Cool slightly. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Spoon into mold or molds. Refrigerate for several hours. Unmold and serve with assorted crackers. May be frozen.
