1 1/2 oz. Light Rum 1 tbs. Triple Sec 1 Banana 1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice 1 tsp. Sugar 1 Cherry
Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm. Pour contents into a champagne flute, top with the cherry, and serve. |

0.25 Banana 1 oz. Banana Liqueur 0.5 oz. Cream 0.5 oz. Lime Juice 1.5 oz. Light Rum 1 tsp. Sugar

1 Banana 2 Banana 1.5 oz. Banana Liqueur 6 Crushed Ice 1 Lemon Juice 1.5 oz. Rum 2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Place banana, rum, banana liqueur, lemon juice, sugar and ice cubes in food processor or blender. Process until ice is crushed and banana is smooth. Pour into 2 stemmed glasses. Garnish each with banana slice. BANANA DAIQUIRI 6
