| Curry Dip
2 cups of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of catsup 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard 4 teaspoon of tarragon vinegar 1 teaspoon of curry powder 2 tablespoons of grated onion |

Mix above ingredients well. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Use an assortment of fresh vegetables for the dip.
