| Cottage Stuffed Celery 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese 2 to 3 teaspoons of chopped green onions or chopped chives 1/8 teaspoon of prepared horseradish, if desired 1/8 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 3 to 4 stalks celery, cut into 3 inch pieces

In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, onions, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Spoon or pipe mixture into each celery piece, using 2 teaspoons for each. Garnish as desired. For the best results, serve within 2 hours. Makes 12 to 15 appetizers
