1/2 cup of plain yogurt 2 cups of milk 1 tablespoon of rose water 3 tablespoons of honey 1 ripe mango, pitted and diced 6 ice cubes edible rose petals, to garnish
Pour the milk and yogurt into a food processor; add the rose water and honey and process until thoroughly blended. Add the mango and ice cubes and process until smooth. Pour the mixture into glasses; garnish with the edible rose petals. Serves 2.
