Pacific Coast Smoothie

1 1/2 cups of hazelnut yogurt
2 tablespoons of orange juice
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
8 large fresh figs, chopped
6 ice cubes
toasted chopped hazelnuts, to decorate



Pour the yogurt, orange juice, and maple syrup into a food processor and process gently until combined. Add the figs and ice cubes and process until smooth. Pour the mixture into glasses and scatter over some toasted chopped hazelnuts to decorate. Serves 2.
