Nectarine-Almond Frappe

2 ripe California nectarines, cut up
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast, (optional)
1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 ice cubes, cracked or crushed

Combine nectarines, dry milk powder, sugar, yeast, milk and almond extract in blender. Whirl until smooth. Add ice; whirl until smooth. Makes 4 servings
