Knickerbocker 1
2 ounces of Gin
1 teaspoon of Sweet Vermouth
0.5 ounce of Dry Vermouth
Put gin and both types of vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.
Knickerbocker Cocktail 2
3/4 ounces of Dry Vermouth
1/4 teaspoon of Sweet Vermouth
1 1/2 ounces of Gin
Twist of peel of Lemon |

Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
Knickerbocker Knocker 3
0.75 ounce of Midori®
0.75 ounce of Peach Schnapps
1.5 ounces of Orange Juice
1.5 ounces of Cranberry juice
0.75 ounce of Sweet & Sour mix
0.5 ounce of Crème de Banana
Shake all but Crème de Banana with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Top with crème de banana.
Knickerbocker Special Cocktail 4
2 ounces of Rum
0.5 teaspoon of Triple Sec
1 teaspoon of Orange Juice
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of Raspberry Syrup
1 Slice Pineapple
Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and serve.
