High Calcium Banana Shake

2 cups of non fat  milk
1/4 cup of non fat dry milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of fructose
1 banana
1 cup of ice cubes


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, preferably in a chilled glass. 90 calories per shake.
