| Apple Brandy 6 cloves 2 teaspoons of lemon zest 2 1/2 cups of apple cider Two 2 inch cinnamon sticks 2 tablespoons of brandy |

In a medium saucepan, combine the cloves, zest, cider and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain out zest, cloves and cinnamon. Add the brandy and serve. Makes 2 servings
