| Brazil Nut Fruited Cheese Balls one 3 ounce package of cream cheese
Pretzel Sticks
1/4 cup of well drained crushed pineapple
1/4 cup of finely chopped Brazil nuts

Cream the cheese until smooth, add the pineapple and blend. Form into 1/2 inch balls, roll in chopped Brazil nuts. Chill. pierce each ball with a pretzel stick. Serve on hors d'oeuvre tray. Makes 24
