Cheese & Sausage Balls

Cheese & Sausage Balls

1 pound of cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups of Bisquick
1 pound of hot sausage

Combine the cheese and Bisquick. Add the sausage and mix thoroughly. Form into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400ºF. for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 350ºF. and bake for 15 minutes longer. Enjoy!
