1 package of Roquefort cheese (6 1/2 ounces) 1 jar of Old English Cheese (12 ounces) 2 large packages of cream cheese 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 small onion grated 1 cup of chopped nuts a dash of Tabasco 1 cup of chopped parsley
Blend all of the ingredients thoroughly except the nuts and parsley: add the nuts and place in refrigerator for a day or two. When ready to serve form the cheese into one large ball and roll in chopped parsley. Serve with crackers. Great for the holidays. May also be rolled in chopped nuts rather than parsley.
